Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Standard Shipping — $10 AUD

• Usually 1 to 5 business days within Australia once dispatched from the studio.
• Typically, it’s around 2–3 days for metropolitan areas, and up to 5 days for rural and regional locations.
• This option uses Australia Post’s Regular Parcel Post service (up to 500g).

Express Shipping — $15 AUD

• Usually 1 to 2 business days for metropolitan areas once dispatched from the studio.
• Up to 3 business days for most regional locations.
• This option uses Australia Post’s Express Post service (up to 500g).

Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking details, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot change shipping addresses once an order is placed.

Lost or Damaged Items

The Tailor Cartel is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged after they have been handed over to Australia Post. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
