WARRANTY AND RETURNS

We want you to love your jewellery, but if something is not quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Only domestic returns are accepted. We do not ship or accept returns for international orders at this time.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for sizing issues or store credit only.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, store credit will be issued to place a new order.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom, bespoke, or engraved items
  • Sale, warehouse, or promotional items

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Tailor Cartel is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@tailorcartel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Warranty

All jewellery purchased from Tailor Cartel comes with a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults only.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults due to production errors

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear including scratches, fading, tarnishing
  • Accidental damage or breakage
  • Tarnishing caused by water or chemical exposure including perfumes, lotions, soaps, and chlorine
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage due to mishandling or misuse
  • Any alterations or repairs carried out by a third party

Please note: Scratches, scuffs, fading, and tarnishing are considered normal signs of wear and are not covered under warranty.

If an item is broken and subsequently lost, we will not be able to replace or repair it without physical proof of the product. Physical evidence is required for all warranty assessments.
